Beet & Rosemary G&T

Beet isn't a typical G&T flavour, but the combination of the beet, rosemary, gin & tonic gives it a great savoury-sweet flavour! And ofcourse the beet gives a really nice colour to the gin!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 300 ml gin

• 2 Beets, cut in slices

• 2 sprigs of rosemary

THE PROGRAM

• 10 cycles

• 30 seconds plus

• 60 seconds hold

THE COCKTAIL

Name cocktail: Beet & Rosemary G&T

Ingredients:

• Beet & Rosemary infused gin

• Tonic

• Optional: sugar syrup & lemon juice
