A gin sour is a really simple, but great cocktail! We made a nice variation on the traditional gin sour by infusing the gin with Earl Grey tea! It's a great replacement for tea if you want to have a boozy afternoon tea! ;-)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
300 ml gin
3 table spoons of loose Earl Grey tea
THE PROGRAM
10 cycles
30 seconds plus
60 seconds hold
THE COCKTAIL
Name cocktail: Earl Grey Gin sour
Ingredients:
Earl Grey infused Gin
Fresh lemon juice
Simple syrup
Egg white
Shake all the ingredients with ice to get a nice foam layer!
