Grilled & Rum Infused Pineapple

This is definitely our new favourite summer snack: rum infused pineapple sticks from the Green Egg. The sweet pineapple is a perfect match with the spiced rum. The leftover rum can be used for a pineapple mojito to create a fresh summery drink!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 1 pineapple cut in sticks

  • 500 ml Bacardi spiced rum

  • 75 gram cane sugar

  • Optional: cinnamon

THE PROGRAM

  • Use the standard sangria program

  • Grill the pineapple sticks for 5 min at 200 degrees

THE COCKTAIL

Name cocktail: Pineapple mojito

Ingredienten:

  • 40 ml Pineapple infused rum

  • 15 gr cane sugar

  • 15 ml pineapple syrup/liquor

  • juice of one lime

  • mint leaves
