With the hot weather this summer it's super important to stay hydrated! To make drinking water a little more fun you could infuse water with different flavours! We have some recipes for you!
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
1 liter of water (22 degrees)
50 gram raspberry
20 gram rosemary
1 liter of water (22 degrees)
100 gram cucumber
20 gram mint
1 liter of water (22 degrees)
1 lemon, cut in pieces
20 gram of ginger, cut in pieces
THE PROGRAM
Standard Spa Water program (depending on the intensity of the flavours do it one or multiple times)
