Matcha Keylime Gimlet

This is a very special cocktail. The Matcha gives an extra Asian vibe to the the amazing originally asian key limes flavour.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 cup water

• handful key lime leaves

THE PROGRAM

• 10 cycles

• 30 seconds plus

• 60 seconds hold

THE COCKTAIL

Name cocktail: Matcha & key lime gimlet

Ingredients:

• 60 ml gin

• 30 ml lime juice

• 30 ml keylime leaf syrup

• 1/4 teaspoon matcha

• 1 egg white
