This is another infusion that was really experimental, but turned out nice! We found some Chestnuts and it inspired us to create a autumn chestnut cocktail. To give it some extra flavour we roasted the chestnuts on the big green egg so they got some smokey flavour.

Shreddes Oak wood pieces

Ingredients:
Chestnut & Oak infused gin
Simple syrup
Angostura bitters
