Rose infused gin is our new summer favourite! flowery, aromatic and slightly sweet which makes it the perfect spirit for some summery cocktails!
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
200 ml gin
3 tablespoons of dried rose petals
if you want you can add some dried hibiscus to make the colour more intense
THE PROGRAM
6 cycles
20 seconds plus
30 seconds hold
THE COCKTAIL
Name cocktail: Rose Gimlet
Ingredients:
50 ml rose gin
50 ml grapefruit juice
40 ml elderflower cordial
grapefruit to garnish
