Rose French 75

Today we will make a rose infused gin and use it for a delicious rose twist of the French 75.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 200 ml gin

• 3 tablespoons of dried rose petals

• if you want you can add some dried hibiscus to make the colour more intense

• 30 seconds hold

THE COCKTAIL

Name cocktail: Rose french 75

Ingredients:

• 50 ml rose gin

• 25 ml lemon juice

• 10 ml simple syrup

• prosecco to top it off
